Windsor House at Liberty

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My grandma has been here twice for PT and this place is disgusting and never clean. Every time I come here I check the bathroom and I clean the toilet myself because people dont know how to do their jobs apparently. Nurses are disrespectful and incredibly rude. Had an issue with one aid who was also very rude, but the other aids are very nice and helpful. But when I approach the nurses station to ask a question very nicely, the older nurse with short grey hair and glasses takes her time to acknowledge me and when she does she goes yeah? With so much attitude. She was very passive aggressive and this isnt the first incident where Ive dealt with a rude nurse. If you want to work in this field, be a little more courteous to people, especially people like me who have worked with the public for 10+ years and am nice to EVERYONE. My grandmother is here because I cant help her myself, and I worry every day when she is here because Im afraid she isnt getting the proper care she needs. Do better Windsor House and maybe hire some nurses who arent a bunch of c u next Tuesday.

Why is it that people dont like nursing homes? I believe that there should always be nice nurses not tough ones . It takes alot of patience for that job . And when your loved one is in there they just want to be treated with respect . Have a nice day !!

Poor care. My mom came out worse than when she went there for rehab. They tell you they will take care of something but no follow through. Most of the nursing staff was unapproachable. I do want to give kudos to nurse Monica. She was very kind and helpful.
