Found a house. Not perfect but nonetheless livable. Tracey gave us a walk through...she arrived late...nonetheless she showed up. First thing she said was there will be an application fee of $100.00. After paying the application fee she calls and says she have to do a walk through my current residence to make sure we have no "holes in the walls". We are well over the age of putting holes in the walls and we do not do domestic violence but ok. Said we'd know something in 24 hours...took 4 days. We called and this heifer told us she ran credit check and our credit scores are too low. We asked why she didn't disclose all of this to us BEFORE we did the application fee and we would have backed out because we already know our credit score. My husband was livid and started to go to the office and demand our application fee back but he didn't and she should thank whoever she prays to that he didn't because it would not have been pretty. Moral of this story is RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I wish I had read the reviews before I ever stepped foot on their doorstep

I have been a tenant since aug 2023
there is an illegal dog living above me and she has done nothing about it despite my several complaints
I have mice and i spend alot of money fighting them..also despite complaints she has not addressed the issue

i am about to complain to someone downtown
