Here at Quality Power Wash-we certainly aim to please our costumers in every way. We are very sorry to hear about one of our cleaning crews not arriving at the scheduled appointment time. While we avoid this whenever possible, there are some occasions, where-in the job before runs over. We completely understand and apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Although our crew did however-Call and let the customer on location know with a heads up courtesy call, that we were running behind from our last job. Floor was an extra item we were doing in addition to kitchen deep clean-as a courtesy for costuner-and was half broken apart upon further inspection and we were not able to address. Costumer did not indicate not being satisfied at conclusion of job. Costumer approved work before we left building👍 We garuntee all of our work and always get a good result. The costumer stated how good their (two) fryers looked because they did not think they would come clean and that they might have had to replace if not for our cleaning service. The Hood and exhaust system also came out next to PERFECT!Thanks again for using us! Have a great day!
