Came and put in a trap on pipe in basement.said he had to come back next day to repair something else. He also asked if he could take our plumbing snake! Never came back and hasnt returned multiple phone calls!!!

A-1 agreed an emergency plumbing job dispatched through my home warranty company, then told me 1) the earliest appt is +2 weeks. 2) Its the cities responsibility proclaiming "20 years of exp," and refused to schedule. I called the city, A-1 wrong again. Everyone's time wasted. A-1 = selfish, arrogant, and learned little across "20 years of exp." Service: Drain cleaning
