      image I'm Thoroughly Impressed with the BBB'S rapid prompt professional swift action on my behalf. The BBB work within a short time to contact the corporation. did try to try for several days to resolve my issue. I filed a complaint and the BBB instantly opens the lines of communications between me and the Corporation.
      I was SHOCKED!
      The employees that assisted me were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. It was clear that getting a complaint via the BBB was not a positive thing for their Corporation; nevertheless they worked diligently for several days to resolve my electronic problems.
      I sincerely appreciate the BBB.
