Do not rent from this company! (They own a few different companies, the one I'm referring to is Southlake Investments!!) They take the security deposit and improperly allocate absurd charges. When we moved in, we questioned the carpet stains, we were told they wouldn't have them professionally cleaned, but then charged us for said cleaning after we moved out.
When we moved out, 2 other units moved in, we were charged for the overflowing dumpster. How with 8 units can anyone pinpoint who filled the dumpster? We didn't throw anything away that wasn't our regular trash usage.
The final thing was for "unpaid sewage" ... we never received a final bill from the sewer company.
I will warn everyone I can about this company, Southlake Investments. STAY AWAY!

just bought a home that Titan built in 2004.
from what i have had to do in the past year before i could move in is criminal. the siding was shimmed out to hide the concrete block wall that had sheared at the corner joint. they knew the block wall was not secure and they hid it from their customer.
the back wall of the house was not fastened to the footers. i had to drill down with anchors to secure the walls. the deck they built that was 20 feet high on the back of the house was not fastened to the the house and would have come loose and possibly killed someone. they used engineered joists and did not follow the manufactures or building codes when installing them. i would never use Titan to build even a sand box for me. i have spent over $30,000.00 to just fix their errors just to feel safe.
