My boyfriend started seeing her mid September to get a bridge for missing bottom teeth in front. Here its March 26, nothing done other than cleaning, filling, fiddling with these six teeth on bottom, A LOT of money was spent, cash out of pocket for many procedures she said were needed BUT NOT ANY CLOSER TO GETTING A BRIDGE!! we took our business elsewhere. She was doing everything to nickel & dime him, he has only six teeth on the bottom and a full denture on the top. She knew he was a cash paying patient and took full advantage of him. Don't use this dentist. Not trustworthy.

HORRIBLE dentist. Absolutely horrible. The doctor was super rude and condescending. I had to switch dentists to her for awhile because of insurance reasons and I was always told I had really healthy teeth. She saw me and told me I had ugly teeth and they were awful. She scraped so much that I was bleeding on my gums and my lip and because of it I couldn't eat without pain for at least a week. I asked her to stop and she told me that it's my fault that I never took care of my teeth and she would "do her best to make it better". I decided I wouldn't go back there since I do take care of my teeth and I knew she was just unprofessional or didn't know what she was doing. I found a new dentist, and they told me my teeth are beautiful and healthy. She made me scared to go to dentists, but my new dentist isn't anything like and I knew she was just an awful dentist. All the staff was rude too. I would not go there at all for any reason. DO NOT GO THERE

If google allowed no stars, I would. Let me tell you why. Office receptionist Lisa said she was new to the practice but she didnt seem so new to being rude to patients. I had recently moved out of the area and wanted to request my referral paperwork to be forwarded to my email since this office doesnt refer to AspenDental and that is the closest dental office to where I live. You think that would be easy? Not. At. All. After many excuses and untasteful snickering they then decided to send me my paperwork after wanting to speak with Dr.Burke directly. Still after asking and wanting to speak with Dr.B the receptionist continued to tell me that she was going to be unavailable for the rest of the day and was trying to rush me off the phone. If your patients matter to you at all, you make time for them.
