        This is the only oral surgeon in my network in the Youngstown area and I wish it wasnt. The answering service women hung up on me multiple times and then proceeded to give me the run around. I was just trying to schedule an appointment to see the Dr. and these women told me to call the number I had dialed and to just call back tomorrow (it was 1:30 PM). When I asked what the hours are, she hung up before I can even finish my sentence. I Im thinking about traveling to Akron now because these women are horrible and shouldnt be working in customer service. Get better answering service representatives.

        Had my wisdom teeth surgery done here, surgeons were all very kind and friendly, explained the process to me, and did a wonderful job on surgery day, before and after the operation, quick to get me into the operating room, and were sure to answer any questions I had afterwards even in my post-op, drug addled haze; I would definitely recommend to anyone!
