This PNC was in a convenient location for me downtown. I felt surprised that the ATM seemed to give only $10 bills rather than twenties, but that is OK.

I didn't realize that id been banking @ PNC for 19yrs. There security measures are excellent. I would give them more than 5 stars if it cost were possible.

My son went in PNC Bank on Federal Plaza today to get money out of his account and was racially profiled by an older  Caucasian lady by the name of Pam she questioned him about the amount that he was taking out of his account asking him where did he get that kind of money from and my son is not a criminal just because he's black that was none of her business to question him he then proceeded to tell her that he goes to Ohio state and she then told him well you know you have to pay all this money back.. but little does she know my son is a straight A student and has a full academic scholarship right Ohio State so he doesn't have to pay back anything not that it's any of her business I was not with him when this happened but it made him very uncomfortable and uneasy I will be coming up to that branch and speak to the manage  tomorrow and I will be reporting her and I will make sure anybody that I know will never go to this branch ever she was racist and she  racially profiled my son she needs to be reprimanded that is not how you treat your customers
