Chase Bank

Dominic Tedde , He was amazing guy but l dont know while applying for credit card he told me my credit card wont charge me interest for 12 month something like that but it started to charge me from second month and as l contacted with chase and l noticed he applied for freedom rise instead of freedom and when I went to bank to tell him about that incident he denied and told you applied for freedom rise and l feel like he was so weird. Terrible experience with him.

I love Chase bank don't get me wrong. BUT THIS location is total garbage! There is almost no parking outside there new location, it's almost like there isn't even a downtown Chase anymore, I avoid this location like the plague. No parking, and honestly I can't even get in touch with someone when I call them. And I don't even know where there ATM is downtown anymore. Plus if there is an event downtown you can't even get to the bank anyway.

Dominic Tedde, amazing guy. He was so professional and explained each and every information for opening college checking account. I had my two friends to open the bank account and he was so friendly with both of them. Also he filed my credit card form within just few minutes. I would definitely refer my other friends as well to open a account here

You have to have a major credit card to make a large withdraw of your own money. And if you want to send some one money or deposit it for them you can not. Also not handicap accessible.They are also sarcasticly smart.
