Northwood Apartments

Only gave any stars because its affordable and not too small. They are terrible at maintenance though. My husband has reached out to them several times about different things over the last few months and no has has ever come. They even responded back before and didnt even give an exact time. Only said sometime between Tuesday-Thursday. I didnt want anyone coming in alone, so I made sure not to make plans all day those three days, and no one ever came or reached out to us about it. My husband has been fixing all of the issues because they dont. He has had to replace several light bulbs. They say to let them replace them but never come. He had to try to fix the closet light which was super hard because its a pull string and that came out, he did get it to work though. But it came out again like a month ago so weve been using a flashlight. We told them about it AGAIN and still no response. Our entire bar in our closet broke off and fell down so we cant hang our clothes up. Its also been broken for a month without anyone reaching out to us to come fix it even though we let them know about it, so now my husband has to plan a day around his work schedule to try to fix it himself like everything else.

Very spacious affordable housing. Maintenance responds to your request. After hour line is active and person responds to your inquiries. Keep sweet and carb foods in a zip lock or in fridge, little ants are devious.there s ticking sounds probably from pipes/heater But other than that, no roaches, water is alway hot, tenants are decently calm
