        Ive experienced rude customer service at this location several times. I would recommend the Kroger off of Polaris Parkway instead.

        Its very frightening how incompetent your pharmacists are at this location. I will never fill any patients medications here. Horrible service with lack of knowledge.

        PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ -Its funny to me how you can use the same pharmacy for years and be treated so bad ! I went in on a Friday and asked to have a prescription ready on Monday. Then I come in Tuesday ( a day later ) and a tech tells me it's not set to even be ready until after 4 PM that day and that it's an hour wait if I decide to stay. I live 20 miles away so ask Danielle the pharmacist if there is anything she can do since there was obviously a misunderstanding of the day I needed the prescription ready. She then goes off on a tangent on how there are soo many people right now on over an hour wait and apologizes sarcastically several times while yelling and talking over me. She ends the conversation while screaming "have a wonderful afternoon" as I'm crying over their mistake, how is this right ? Wonderful customer service.
