We used SkyNet for 6 years and unfortunately this past fall parted ways. We've been through two different IT providers since, and I would say it's been nothing short of a disaster with both. Neither of them have the responsiveness and speed we were used to, but most importantly when something goes wrong, no one ever calls us to make things right or gets someone here quickly to fix things. Our entire company wants to go back to them for support, and as soon as this contract is up, we will be.
