A great place to have your vehicle worked on. They do more than transmission work. They can do anything mechanical wrong with it

We have had several vehicles to them. 2 were electrical and one was the airconditioner. One of the electrical came straight from Toyota body shop where they did body work on it and returned it with 3 out of 5 wires broke by the engine. It was throwing codes like crazy. R and B diagnosed it for FREE and fixed it. We also had a Transit in for the AC. It was a fan that was out and they found it before it caused trouble with the engine getting hot and blowing. Saved us thousands of dollars! They are spot on, courteous, honest, and up front with you. Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I was on my way back to El Paso Texas when my Grand Caravan had what I thought was shifting problems. I called Brandon (sp) and he asked me to bring it in. He test drove it, put it on his tester, reset the codes, and checked the fluid. He then advised me that everything was great and he could not find no problem and told me it would be okay to drive the 1700 miles to El Paso. I asked him what his charges were and he very graciously stated "No Charge". I was in disbelief and offered to pay for his trouble but he still refused. According to some of the reviews I have read concerning this business, and how he treats his customers, I would hope that this review would find its way to more loyal customers. If I lived in Wooster he would definitely have all of my business. Thank you.

I recently had to have our vehicle towed here, due to it going into limp mode after warming up and not being able to drive. I contacted him from a referral another mechanic had given me. I expressed the issues and the need to have it checked out. The initial phone call was great and gave me hope he would thoroughly check out our vehicle and give us an answer. After 4 days of my car being there, I called in to see if they had time to look into it yet, I expressed I was trying to be patient bc it was not an appointment and had to be towed in. He seemed frustrated and overwhelmed by my call, and explained he was trying to get to it hopefully that day. After a few hours I finally got a call back, and he told me our transmission was done. I obviously was emotional behind that news as this was our main driver, and asked if he was sure and if he was able to drive it at all. He explained no he didn't need to, his mechanic got in it and started it up and could just tell it was don because it's just worrying, then he said they hooked up a reader and knew it was done. I ended up cutting the call short and told him I would find a way to get it out of there, after he explained it would be over 2,000$ before tax for a used one and labor, and he had to address that before he could get into the mechanucal issues ( to which he never even explained) After calming down and making a few calls to family members and other mechanics I decided to get a second opinion and arranged another tow to a separate mechanic. I called them back to explain I was arranging a tow and asked more questions, as I was unsure that it was really done for. When I asked how he was sure the transmission was done without it throwing any T codes for the transmission, and how he was so sure there wasn't any other cause without further inspection( like pulling it in the garage to check for leaks or anything) he met me with an aggravated tone and assured me that he was indeed correct, assuring me my training was junk. Long story made as short as possible, we now have our car back and running well( thank the good Lord and the other mechanic), it was throwing pressure codes, that I found out about from the other mechanics and ended up being clogged filters... After a good drain and new filters, pan, and gasket, and 350$ instead of thousands we are back on the road and grateful as ever. I truly believe they took me for a fool as a woman and thought I would take their word for it, when there were no real signs of the transmission being junk to begin with.
