When my grandmother passed and left her house to me in the Will, I had no idea what to do or where to start. So I immediately reached out to Lance and Melissa. Thankfully with their expert knowledge they had a game plan on how we could best go about getting my grandmothers house fixed up and sold. Refresh to Impress! I have a lot I can say about this but Ill try to make it short. Not many places, if any, not only will help you sell your house, but also help you renovate it to get more bang for your buck. The refresh team worked tirelessly with us to get the house fixed as quickly as possible, and it definitely paid off! Not only was I very impressed by the quality of work, but it brought me so much peace to see the home I spent most of my childhood in come back to life. Overall I cannot thank the Melissa Sanford team enough for all the help and guidance thats been provided to me. Now I get to rehire refresh to impress to help me fix my own home and get it put on the market too! So if youre thinking about selling, definitely ask the team about the option to use Refresh to Impress so you can get more out of the home you cherish as well.
