        The perfect combination of highly technical instruction and tough yet technical training. Mike Manchak is that rare instructor who has really studied the art in depth, he teaches modern jiujitsu as it is today and not as it was in 1996 as a lot of instructors still do, he knows how to teach, he has respect for the art and for his students. In other words, he's a grown up and a professional. It is a scrupulously CLEAN and SAFE environment. If you are new to the art, you might be thinking "of course," but there's no of course about it. The jiujitsu world has the good, the bad and the ugly like every other world. This gym represents the good part. I can't say enough great things about this gym. And there is a very tough women's team!!
