I purchased the RG55R last year. So far, very happy with the machine. Was informed today parts must now be ordered thru Ag-Pro and can't buy factory direct. I'm disappointed basic parts such as the super tooth and air/oil filters are not in stock. They must also be shipped to the store, not direct to my shop. Downtime is a business killer. Not a good move Morbark. Good customer service creates loyalty, bad customer service sends me back to Vermeer. Please figure out a better solution.

I bought my stump grinder here last year. Has been a great machine. I'm going to buy a skidster grim them next. They always are helpful when I call and I l8ve in PA they delivered my stump grinder to my home. EXCELLENT service!!!
