We already carried a home owners policy through the Insurance Centre Agency with zero complaints. Aaron Dorksen has always answered the call when it comes to our home, my business, and the life insurance policies we carry. He does an amazing job for a solid family owned company. Aaron has saved me thousands while providing superior coverage. When I was referred to him, he still managed to save me money even with better coverage. Now, when I refer friends and family, I trust Aaron to provide them with the same exceptional service. Worst experience in my 20 yrs of paying for insurance was with this company. Less than a yr with them..prior insurance I was with since the day I started having insurance. Switched because I wanted Erie. And was told Aaron was a good agent. Some of the worst communication and customer skills I've came across. Could not get him to help with my claim at all hardly. Was always " let's give it another day " or family emergencies are responses I got. And I'm always understanding of family matters and I told him that! I finally had enough though between Aaron and the adjuster messing around I reached out to a Erie supervisor who apologized profusely and had my claim resolved in hours!! Something an AGENT should do for the. Customer. After all this I was still willing to stay with him for my new home and autos. Though I was shopping around for rates seeings how this claim went. Aaron tried to guilt me into staying with Erie. The last strike for me was when I called Aaron was met with attitude and when I politely asked if he was in his office or if it's a bad time. His response was do you need to know when I let me dog out also? Professional???? Wow is all I can say! How this is ok by an agent is surprising. Since making this review a lot has came in since. Last review was over a yr. Obviously he wants this review drowned on the mix.

I would like to give a shout-out to my agent, Aaron Dorksen. Aaron set me up with Erie Insurance for personal and my business. There have been occasions where Ive purchased new equipment, needed additional coverage for the type of work were doing, or just need him to add on a property/ owner for liability purposes. every single time that Ive contacted Aaron he responds to my email, call or text quickly and I have what I need within hours. I am very thankful to have an agent that works this hard for me. he is a true professional and great friend. I have recommended Aaron to my family and friends and this testimony holds true to them as well.
