Quaint antique house repurposed to bed&breakfast; only four rooms available, beautifully furnished with antique furniture, large bathrooms and lively common spaces (living rooms, kitchen, front door patio, back garden). The owners dont live there but are close by and everything is set up before you arrive. No breakfast but plenty of snacks and coffee. The downtown of Wooster is 15 walk distance.

After a 77 mile bike ride, the Black Squirrel Inn offered just the respite I needed. Beautiful calming interior, a great nights sleep, and a wonderful morning conversation with Adam. His Innkeeper skills and attention to detail clearly come through in the experience at the Black Squirrel.

We had the most amazing time downstairs with another couple that we met that night. Established life-long friendship from The Black Squirrel . Nice outdoor space in the front and back. Excellent to walk to the local farmers market and other town shops.

A nice quiet stay. Comfortable room, clean, and nice decor. Lots of character inside the Inn and on the grounds.

This has become our 'go to' spot for our regular trips to Wooster for college pick up and drop off duties. Rooms and the house are beautiful and well kept. The brew to order coffee machine is a nice perk! With our son being a senior, we'll miss our regular visits, but highly recommend the Black Squirrel- it's a great location and experience.
