I've used them a number of times. Workmanship is ok, not perfect. I end up having to provide most all of the materials, tools, and guidance on how to use the two together. Often unwilling to service existing equipment and/or do enhancements and instead push to rip and replace. Team members are typically specifically skilled in plumbing or hvac, not both like some other companies I work with, and as such multiple service calls are to be expected if you have both types of needs. I find they do good work on small home repair items, but at this point I would struggle to use them for something more significant. I do really appreciate their upfront & transparent billing structure on my T&M projects. Not uncommon for them to come after their scheduled arrival time and to be rushed to leave early versus verifying with me everything is to my expectations, all tools are put away, work area cleaned up, etc. On a recent visit I was surprised they left before turning the gas back on and verifying there wasn't a leak. Its also worth noting that tech doesnt remove shoes or wear shoe covers and tracks mud all over house and carpet.

Have had them to fix AC, plumbing, heat in two homes about 10-15x over 7 years. Never had an issue. All technicians have been friendly and even the owner came out once on a Sunday to help. The one time I chose another company I was screwed. I know people want to grind an axe but these are good people. Support them.
