In general I struggle with dentists but I've been going to this location for about 3 years and if anything I feel like my experiences have been superior. Dr K is reassuring and very competent.

If you need a crown, please read this first. Preface: After they take your scans of your teeth they put a tooth like material on the broken tooth and they call it "Build-Up" that will remain there until the actual crown comes in for them to permanently put on. The dentist was ANAGHA KHANDEKAR. She reluctantly says she'll do the crown (thanks for trying) so I go to the office manager to discuss the payment plan because well crowns are over 1k.(Thank god for insurance) I pay half of the fee's upfront and get back in the chair. ANAGHA KHANDEKAR had a laissez-fair approach to the care of her patients. ANAGHA KHANDEKAR is messy and a brute. After she finished my core-buildup there was the build-up tooth color material on my gums....above my two front teeth and the immediate teeth to their sides. & It hardened like that so for two weeks I was trying to pick this hard thick tooth color material from my gums because I just could not got back there after the first time I needed time cus they give me PTSD no lie lol. When I tried to pick off the material on my gums the build-up site, 3 teeth away, would start throbbing in pain. Oh yeah, ANAGHA KHANDEKAR does not know how to properly give local anesthesia. She should know to grab pinch and wiggle but she didn't and so when she tried to use a needle underneath my upperlip very close to my nose, she did poorly , and it hurt to breathe for 2 days :). So if you go to her just know you'll leave her chair in pain, shirt collar wet, teeth barely functional and most likely leaving worse than you came. I walk in sign in no greeting > receptionist comes from chit chatting enters said rep "Savannah, You're total today is xyz." Takes card leaves comes back with card and paper hands it to me says nothing else. If you need someone's money the first time you're meeting them, I'd try greeting them?, Breaking down the balance?, "here's your receipt"? , "have a great day"? I don't know soft skills? communication? something? not just be a mute that asks for peoples money lol. I go back in the room they say okay lets get started. ANAGHA KHANDEKAR attempts to start taking off the build-up. NO NUMBING, NOTHING. Just starts trying to remove the temporary cemented buildup. It is cemented in my mouth. I had pain trying to chip off the build-up away 3 teeth away and you just go in there with a pick trying to pick and grind it off??? So I'm in very visible pain flinching and then she's like "oh do you want some numbing??" I don't know ANAGHA KHANDEKAR lets try what you did to me on you then we'll see if you want some. Like duh ofc teeth are bone your jaw is bone and your skull is bone so yes I would like to be numb as you brute through removing temporary cement that has hardened on my bone and gums because you were so messy and uncaring the first time around ANAGHA. You shouldn't have even attempted to remove buildup and cement the crown without asking first. Again I'm drowning in the water they're putting in my mouth, water's and tooth build up flying all over my collar the little paper bib they give me is wet af and its got all the big pieces of buildup on it. they put the crown in, cure it, then are like I'm not sure if you were going to continue care with us but you need xyz done as well. I said no "I'll continue dental care with my primary dentist." The bite had issues we tried to get worked through there but I was just so tried of them and this place I was just like that's enough for me. When they said they were done I kind of just sat there bc it wasn't clear. So I got up with the bib still on took it off myself and was like asking the tech what about the teeth chunks on the bib I was wearing when I got up and she was like oh we sweep here... ANAGHA KHANDEKAR is the reason people hate dentist. She reminds me of someone whose career has turned into a job. No passion No fire just a number she wants you in then out. I waited a month to write this until I was ready bc this whole thing was way too stressful. Please just stay away from Aspen Dental.
