        As of recently with management change, this complex has gone VERY downhill. Policies within the leasing agreement are no longer enforced and you can forget about maintenance requests being completed within 24 hours. I no longer feel this is a top notch complex worth the high rent cost I still pay. The upkeep and safe feeling is no longer here.
