I had this place install flooring for me they over measured and charged me for it. I was told they would move my furniture because I had had emergency surgery and would not charge for this if I would keep my previous appt and not reschedule. I was promised it would start in a Friday thru Sunday for a total of 3 days, well it turned out it took 8 days and my house was left half done for a week. My house was a mess, when they moved my furniture they marked up the walls. The sales lady was very snotty with me and most of all the workmanship was very poor due to the lack of experienced help. I do not recommend this company at all. The main installer was great he just had no help. Do not hire this company.

Greg was great from the start. Cheapest quote I found, he stayed in touch and even though we had one small hiccup in the process, he rectified it within the hour. Installers were here within 2 days and I love the job they did.

Pleased with the in-store service. Prices are very competitive. Knowledgeable staff. Had problem with installation. Carpet in family room was fine. Vinyl flooring in laundry room has bumps and tears. Paid extra to have washer and dryer pulled out when flooring was installed. Was not done, instead scooted appliances around causing scratches to floor. Immediately notified business and provided pictures by email. Promised to come inspect damaged flooring. Never showed up. Took pictures to them. Again promised to come inspect. Never did.

They had alot of choice , and the guys that installed were great . They were even very careful not to let my kitties out . They did a great job putting my carpet down .
