The team and Dr at Wilmington Oral Surgery are wonderful. My tooth extraction went smoothly and I felt no pain. I was really impressed with how quickly it happened.
My only complaint is that there wasn't very clear communication about payment. My husband had my wallet and he left to go to the store after they took me back. I was surprised when they asked for payment after processing my info and before the extraction itself. So, I had to wait about 15 minutes for my husband to come back with the card so we could pay, and then have my extraction. I was also informed after he left that if he did leave then they wouldn't be able to do the extraction without him waiting in the waiting room. I just think they need to be more clear on these things beforehand so that pthers can properly prepare.
Otherwise they were all wonderful and nice people.
