        I haven't completed the rental to make a full blown report but I was concerned during the walk around the car had several scratches and a few dents on one door and I was told "just take pictures of anything that concerns you" so I took pictures of everything. I am more comfortable with a paper we both sign that all the damage was done before I took possession of the vehicle. The rate isn't bad since we aren't at an airport. I was kind of put off my a Toyota Camry being considered a full size equivalent to a Chevy Malibu.

        Service has DEFINITELY gone down hill in the past year! I had over 30 rentals, for over 130 days total, during 2020 and 2021. I quit using them when I was wrongly charged on one rental (this location) forgotten about on another (this location) and treated like a criminal on a 3rd rental (different location). Still yet, I hated to completely stop dealing local and waited 6 months, hoping for change. Well, it did change...for the worse! I now drive to Mason and use Hertz. I'm totally over Enterprise...and you've been warned.
