Right-On Roofing Inc

Right on Roofing is the most unprofessional, unresponsive and irresponsible company. At first, they were responsive and the owner Scott came out, assessed the situation and work was performed on my home roof and on my garage. Both repairs failed. When I contacted the company to recheck their work Scott came out again and said that all was fine with the home and the garage would need a new roof. Okay, well I investigated myself and video taped water pouring into my attic from the same spot that the repair was supposedly done. After numerous calls for Scott to call me to discuss all were ignored. I set up an appt for him to come out again and he did not show up or call. The same thing happened when another appt was set with the Vice President Connor, no show, no call. They have a 10 year work guarantee on their website yet do not follow up. Horrendous customer service and all I want is my roof to be repaired and a conversation about how to make this happen. Stay far away from this business. I have no idea how they are even still operating. Service: Roof repair

Hired them personally. Did not repair my roof. Fixed at first but leaked again. Came out again, but it's still raining in my bedroom. Now no one is available........ Did I mention that they were paid AND IT'S STILL RAINING IN MY BEDROOM! Service: Roof repair

Very unresponsive and untimely. Would not recommend to even come inspect/estimate. Scott Fishel performed initial inspection for home and stated no maintenance was required. Upon heavy rain there were leaks appearing inside the house originating from the roof flashing we had concerns about. We requested another estimate and it took a few weeks for Scott to come back out. After coming out and evaluating the roof for an estimate, we did not receive anything after reaching out to Kathy multiple times via email and phone. Judging from the communication breakdown and initial inspection, I do not trust this company even performing any work.
