This company is a joke. I should of know after reading reviews. I called...was told " hey I'm golfing right now...call you back around 2"....never heard from him.

Absolutely, positively, the worst company to ever deal with! If you are booking for a major event, such as a wedding, seriously save yourself the headache and reconsider! Unreliable, inconsiderate, unprofessional and incompetent. Canceled on the Wedding Day, "tried to fix it" and then didn't deliver a mutually agreed upon alternative. Then accused us of being liars and booking incorrectly, when in reality, they want to hold none of their poor, self-management and terrible communication skills accountable for their own actions. ***Keep in mind, I have my phone calls reordered on video with audio, and original confirmation text messages from the company. Long explanation and story ahead, but this was on a wedding day and Wedding Parties deserve to know exactly how this company handles their situations and will treat you.*** (Pictures show story)

Booked Encore Limousine for my bachelorette party and had an amazing experience! Jim drove us around Madison/ Geneva area to the wineries. He was extremely kind, honest, professional, (and patient! Haha.) We ended up extending our hours and he was totally cool with it! Thanks again, Jim! We had such a wonderful day!
