Our entire experience with Denise and Platinum was incredible. We ran into so many unexpected hurdles with our home buying and selling experience, but they were there every time to help us navigate everything. Communication was ALWAYS fantastic. Ease of everything was great. Lots of digital signing to simplify things. Instructions and reminders every step of the way! Thanks to Denise, we were able to sell our house on day one of showings ABOVE asking with a time frame that worked for us buying our new home. We were also able to buy our new home with our initial offer and avoid getting into a lengthy, expensive bidding war like we had in the past. 11/10 would recommend them, and we already have recommended them to another family member that has already closed on a new home after unsuccessfully working with another realtor for months. Cant say enough great things about our entire experience with Platinum!
