I had a major major life event that prevented me from making an appointment. When I called to reschedule the receptionist (robin) was very rude and very judgmental. If I were the doctor she’d be fired. I’ll never go back and will be letting everyone I know about this unfortunate encounter.

There is one receptionist in this office that is incredibly rude and seems a bit uneducated. Do not call with a request or she will make you feel stupid with her attitude and remarks. Missed an appointment because my daughter was born the same morning and she said I still should have called. She may not have kids to understand but still very rude. The doctor needs to know who he’s got working for him.

Dr. Mehta is a good thorough physician with quick response times in need. And Robin is hands down one of the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with.

Missed my appointment because my daughter was born the same morning. Call a week later and the receptionist was VERY rude. Her name is Robin so be prepared for a fight on very simple requests. I needed 2 more days of anxiety medication and she told me to find another doctor and they wouldn’t fill it. Stay away!

I work in the medical field and if anyone in my practice treated my patient the way they treated Mr. Kaleal, MY SON, They would be FIRED!!! My son had my Grandbaby the same day of his appointment. He did not have time to call your office to reschedule. He is a first time dad and was nervous. When he called to reschedule, ROBIN, whomever she is was VERY VERY RUDE to my son. He offered to pay for his missed appointment and and she still refused to give him an appointment. He is on anxiety medication and this medication can not be missed. She told him and I quote " I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU " That made me sick to my stomach. She should not be in the medical field if she has no compassion for her patient's. If I was her Superior SHE WOULD BE GONE.
