3 S Towing and Recovery

We got a flat leaving Mentor on my way back home in Cleveland, contacted Allstate to get a tow. I wish I knew the drivers name so I could blast him by name, but he said his name very low on the phone when he called to say it was on his way, asked what was wrong with my car. Literally those were the only conversation he had with us from Mentor to Cleveland. Which I felt was EXTREMELY RUDE. He smelled like Marijuana and flew down the highway.He unloaded my car and pulled off.

Your tow truck drivers block, the road they don't really care about anybody else's traffic they just do what they Gotta do easiest way on them. I would never ever ever have you come to my house. I told your driver that no uncertain terms and I called your Office and told you the same freaking thing. I will never ever use your business. You suck you block traffic nobody does what you did nobody. N ver have seen this in my life to block a road like that. When the car is parked against the curb you're you people are idiots, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Your driver knew what he was doing. He blocked the 2nd lane by 6 inches making it impossible. Tell me he needed that 6 inches
