        Matt at autonation ford east service is the best! He has taken care of every problem I have had with my vehicle! Make sure to get the warranty if you'd like less headaches, it is the way to go!

        Was not satisfied with labor cost... took my vehicle in in October...due to strike I didn't get it back until February. Cost $1000 and sum change. Car broke down on March 1st needed a water pump and a couple of belts...was charged a ridiculous $1083 dollars. Was told the bulk was labor. I felt the should have eaten some of the labor cost seeing that I was inconvenienced for nearly six months and the parts were not that expensive. I have filed a claim with Dace Yost Attorney General. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
