I just called to see if they was accepting new patients and the lady that answered yelled WHAT? Very rudely at me. So I repeated and she said no not until February. I said ok thank you and she hung up. Very unprofessional.

Just called in and asked if they were accepting new patients, "yes we are, what insurance do you have?" The receptionist replied. I told her caresource insurance and that's when she told me that they are not accepting anymore new medicaid insurance patients at this time due to them being overwhelmed with medicaid patients booking out til February. She said they had to "put the breaks on medicaid patients for now". When I told her they were the 2nd dentist office to say this very thing, even though I found their information via the caresource portal page under "accepting new medicaid patients", she told me that they have told caresource several times now to stop listing them as accepting new medicaid patients and they just won't listen. I'm not sure why they would accept new patients with non-medicaid insurance now if they're so "overwelmed". They should say they're not accepting new patients period. This is ridiculous! So disappointing. Don't waste your time calling this place like I did.
