I have bought and sold several homes with Amy.  I actually wanted to write this review due to the other review that I saw on this site because it does not match my experience at any point with her.  First, the phone number that she has posted everywhere is her cell phone.  She actually does not have an "office" as she is always on the run but somehow still always available to help.  I absolutely got ahold of her personally every single time I needed to talk to her and received quick responses via text, email or phone, even when she was on vacation. Amy is understanding, competent and a terrific marketer of you home.  She does have a team of agents that work with her and I did at times work different members due to the market being very tight and the need to get into homes with extremely short notice.  Basically if she isn't available and something comes up that will likely sell quickly she was always able to get me in with one of her team members.  Each time, I received professional service and responses from her team members.  It's a little bothersome reading the other review on this site because it appears to have been written by someone who constantly complains about everything and he is creating a false image of several hard working business people.

I contacted Amy's office to get help buying a home and wound up with an assistant; like most agents you see with lots of ads you won't get them personally. I told her exactly what we wanted and found homes online to see and asked for others as well. She never showed us any homes I did not find she told us she could not tell me demographics or valuations and did nothing to negotiate. I did find 4 more homes while here so clearly she did NOT do her job. When I made the offer on the house we bought through Amy her assistant said "she's gonna be pissed"referring to my offer to the owner that was only 10% less than ask,(this was prior to Covid 19). Very unprofessional!! I would never recommend Amy. She's good at putting her name on signs but her staff is horrible and of no help. My advice cut the agent out sell your own home and use a good title agency. They do all the real work agents only open doors.

We have trusted Amy to sell two homes for us. She makes the process as stress free as possible, always looks out for her clients best interests and is honest and trustworthy. She is truly a gem!

Amy is professional and knowledgeable. She sold my house in one day. Amy was available to answer my questions during hours and days when most people are not working. She gives 100 per cent and my transaction was seamless.

AMY is the BEST!!! She is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, and savvy realtor I have ever worked with. Her advice was spot on and her aggressive marketing strategy helped my home sell quickly for maximum value, even during a slow period. I cannot say enough about how awesome AMY is to work with. If you need a realtor look no further. She is the BEST!!!
