        The eye exam was professional and complete. The staff kept trying to upsell additional exam services which were not necessary and I found the cost of new frames to be excessive. As a follow up, they billed to insurance as an office visit and not as an eye exam. Now they have sent me a $35 bill that insurance says we do not owe. I called the office, no one answers and no one returns the call. Be very careful.

        Dr Lam was fine. The rest of the experience was at times a bit tense. Watch the billing. Ask how the claim was submitted and if you have more than one insurance, which one was billed and for what services.
