Take 5 Oil Change

Oil plug was not installed properly. I have been a regular at Take 5 and had no noticeable problems until my last oil change. I got an oil change before an 11hr trip home. Once home I parked in my garage.The next morning i saw a puddle of oil dripping consistently. I tried to diagnose and tightened the drain plug to spec which stopped the leak so far no issues with my truck but Im disappointed in the quality of work done for $120 oil change.

popped my tire and i asked for the camera footage then they got all defensive and yelling at me and before all this i was having great service til i asked for the video footage they started being rude and said no

Great overall shop that excels with speedy service and fantastic customer service. Alyssa was the most recent tech that helped me here. I appreciate how kind she and the rest of the team were. I was running late to work and they got me in and out very quickly. Never felt pressured or "sold" on things I don't need. They seem to only recommend services if they are genuinely applicable or needed. My only con, which isn't the shops fault, is that they are unable to reset my oil light indicator for my Volkswagen. Requires taking it to the dealer which is very unfortunate. I'll come to this shop for everything and anything else though.

Ethan H and his crew (Anthony B, Karl H, Carmon H) were awesome! Got me in and out on my lunch WITH time to kill. Very friendly and efficient.
