I'm a little disappointed as I like a lot of the stuff about your establishment but at the same time I have also been disappointed recently when purchasing my egg rolls from your food counter I love your egg rolls don't get me wrong that is the best thing on your rollers the downside is when purchasing for I am being punished for purchasing 4 or 5 rollers because I don't get the discount because it sees that one of them is either two or automatically goes into two and it only gives me a little bit of a discount With that being said you should have a three or more discount and then anything over three is automatically discounted but otherwise I really like your store and enjoy it just a little upset that I got taken for a discount for buying four when you should be excited that you sold one more than three or four in some cases two more than three instead I'm only buying three because otherwise I don't get my discount

Its crazy that us drivers spend thousands of dollars at T/A & Petro on fuel then we have to pay to park unless we get 60 gallons of fuel or spend $30.00 on non food items. I just purchased $285.14 in fuel & def then Im told I have to get at least 60 gallons of fuel or spend $30.00 in non food items. To be honest I try my best not to fuel at a T/A or Petro because of having to pay for parking.

You have got to do something about the parking issues facing your truck stops. You have some locations allowing Amazon trailers to take over a good portion of the lot. I don't understand why a giant retailer like Amazon would need to use TA store locations as their personal drop yards. Petro in Monee Illinois and TA in Troy Illinois come to mind. About the only trucks you see fueling at TA locations are owner operators and small fleets. If you keep raising the parking prices no truck drivers are going to be able to afford to park at your truck stops. The reserved parking fee on top of the normal parking fee is outrageous. Company drivers first starting out in the industry don't have upwards of $40-50 a day to spend on reserved parking at your preferred parking locations. Turning existing parking in reserved parking isn't fixing the truck parking problems facing the country. The same parking spaces are there. Only thing that's changed is now it costs to park in those same spaces. Your dealer locations are becoming a joke. The TA Express in Edgerton Kansas comes to mind. That location is almost brand new and the restrooms look like they've been there since the 80s
