I hired Mark to represent me related to an unfortunate event which led to a serious injury requiring surgery and multiple months of rehab. From the first meeting throughout a year long process, Mark was very pragmatic, informative and empathetic without being overly optimistic or promising things he couldn't guarantee. I appreciated his knowledge of Ohio personal injury law, his experience having dealt with many types of insurance companies, his thorough understanding of the process and the psyche/POV of other lawyers, insurance companies and juries.
