The Ground Works team is exceptionally professional with an outstanding level of quality and timely service. They created a gorgeous multilevel patio for us 2 years ago that includes a fireplace, fire pit, and lighted pergola. The multilevel landscape design surrounding the patio was also gorgeous. This transformed our backyard into a beautiful escape. We liked this so much that we asked them to come back this year and transform our front yard with their thoughtful landscape design process. We cannot say enough about this group. Every detail is thought out. They are consummate professionals and very responsive. We have worked with many landscape designers in the past 20 years, and none can compare.

We really lucked out by choosing to work with Ground Works. We had been planning a back "patio" project for a few years and had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, and the Ground Works team really listened to our needs/wants and helped bring our vision to life. They pushed us in all the right ways to think bigger picture and stretch the budget where we could, which resulted in the perfect 3 season addition that blends naturally onto our 100 yr old house. I know that 9 out of 10 other options we could have gone with would have fallen well short of the product and level of service we received from Tony, Brandon and the entire Ground Works crew. Highly recommend!

We are in love with our new backyard addition, and overall very happy we chose Ground Works to help us bring it to life. The quality is solid, the process is thorough, and the team is great to work with. There were several hiccups along the way in terms of execution and communication that required us to be more involved in oversight than we anticipated, but in each case, Ground Works was quick to respond and make things right without any fuss (as we've come to learn, no project runs perfectly, so you have to stay plugged in). They were intensely focused on our ultimate happiness, which meant addressing all concerns, accommodating all requests, and in some cases going above and beyond. So in the end, we are very pleased, and would definitely recommend their services.
