Ryan Coleman, Bankers Life Agent

We had two of their agents cold call at my dad’s apartment today. I know they were from this office because they left a brochure with one of the agents’ names on it. They claimed my dad had contacted them, looking for life insurance, though he later swore he’s never heard of them. I believe him, as he already has a policy. I explained he was sleeping inside, not feeling well after a day of chemo, while I’m struggling to hold back my very excited beagle. They proceed to bother me with more questions about what kind of cancer he has, has he filed with the state for Medicaid (he’s on Medicare), etc. I keep telling them I have no idea what’s going on, and I can’t get him up for this. I just found it intrusive and rude, after I made it clear now was not a good time to talk. I guess I should put a “no soliciting” sign on the door.

My agent Roseann V. was very helpful in getting me onboard with Bankers Life & got back to me very quickly with answers to my questions.

Our agent, Roseann Vandevender has been wonderful. During the pandemic I needed to change my medical insurance as I started on Medicare. Roseann assisted every step of the way and now we are considering purchasing Life Insurance as well.

John Tilton from day 1has been very informative. Always made sure we understood everything completely. If there was ever a situation all I had to do is contact him and it was taken care of in a timely manner
