In town and the staff here was great helping me get situated to come in and get a workout. Honestly relieving to have staff somewhere problem solving with you to help you get a workout in rather than sending you away or charging $50+ for a day pass. Just gained a fan & future customer.

Dirty gym, equipment never works, Matt and Rachel are very rude staff members. Rachel is a trainer here with major insecurities, I went to use a piece of equipment and she said its for trainers only when Ive been going to this gym for 10 years and never had issues in the past. She proceeded to curse at me and mock me so I proceeded to use the equipment because of her unprofessionalism in front of her client. I had 3 other gym members walk up to me after that and confirm they have had issues with her in the past. Matt is an incompetent manager and cannot think for himself. He told me I can use the box jump but his employee Rachel who is below him told him I wasnt allowed so in the moment he changed the rule (very good management skills bud). I wouldnt recommend coming to this gym the only reason why I come here is because the gym is conveniently located within a couple minutes of my house and work. The only normal worker here is Will if you have any questions I would recommend asking him only. Matt and Rachel are very unprofessional and the gym standards show it.
