    I bought 2 vehicles from here at the same time. Sam the sales man was great! I have even been planning when I pay off my truck to get a new one from here but after my latest experience with the service department I will never come back to this dealership for anything. When I bought my truck I also got the dent warranty on the truck. I called them up told them I had many dents in my hood due to a hail storm last year. I set up an appointment with Aaron who is a great guy to have them look at the truck. At the same time I was getting close to an oil change, tire rotation, and Trans flush. I was given a loaner car to use. That was a Monday. I recieved a call from Aaron Tuesday saying everything service wise was done but It was the paint guy there mondays not the dent guy, he was there fridays....an honest mistake. So we set up for another loaner car for Friday, I dropped my truck off. Recieved a call the next say saying he never showed up. I then set up a 3rd apt for the following Friday. I recieved a call that morning saying bo loaner cars, I work different times than my wife this is why we needed another vehicle. We then set up for the next friday... week 3 now. I picked up my loaner after dropping my truck off recieved a call Saturday saying the dent guy didn't show up and Aaron had a family emergency so he wasn't there to call me. Again I under stand family stuff 100%. So again we set up for this friday... week 4. I called Tuesday due to finding out I was going back onto first shift to see if I would pick up loaner Thursday night and drop off Friday after I got off work. Aaron was not there so they transferred me to the service manager ( don't remember his name) he then informed me that at some point my truck was looked at he even looked at it said had over 30 dents. Then told me there warranty doesn't cover hail damage. I asked why I kept comming back getting a loaner if hail wasn't covered... the main reason I was going there in the first place?! He just told me to check the paperwork and it's an insurance job. So I went from getting my truck looked at for hail damage... I spent $850 on service 4 weeks for them to say it's not covered.. I wouldnt have even known if I didn't call. What a bait and switch. I do not blame Aaron he was great the whole time. I will never go back here! If things like hail damage aren't covered when you set up the appointment tell people that, don't lead them on for 4 weeks! I made the extra 20 minute drive to go to them, I will be taking my buisness to another dealer.. I'm sure they won't care im just one person.
