Cut 6 magnolia tree for $796 tax included, while 5 other tree cutting company quoted around $1200. Joseph tree is very professional at what they do, communication is very clear and quotation is virtual and provided within 2-3 hours after video submission which saved customer tons of time. Great job!

Joseph Tree has done tree work for us and I was pleased. I would have rated them a 5. Now I am disappointed and the rating is 2. We had an existing quote to remove and replace a tree in our backyard. 22 days ago I called the Sales Rep (I would have preferred an Arborist) who made the quote to follow up and there was no response. In succeeding days I left 2 messages with the company. No response. Each time I was courteous with my language and cited the specific Proposal ID #, but in my messages to the company I did indicate that there had been no response. I guess there are 3 strikes and I am out. But why they are avoiding me I do not know.

I hired Joseph Tree service to remove trees! They came up with a better plan to trim, feed and save them. Trees are expensive and Joseph Tree service would prefer to save them all!
