I had a great experience.. driver was pleasant and safe... Got me to my appointment safe in a timely manner.... I would recommend them for all transportation needs

Horrible service unprofessional and uncaring I waited 3 hours for a ride from appointment and the person who is supposed to be the boss should be fired or find another line of work cause you definitely not shining it ain't for you

They never came made me late for my appointment and never called me to say they couldnt come! Not reliable Do Not use!

The driver was extremely rude. Would not take me to my doctors office. Dropped me at the ER. I had to walk to my Dr. I am disabled. Very difficult to do that. 5 min appointment. I called and he refused to come to my doctors office door to pick me up. I spent 4 hrs in 103 heat waiting on a ride. Never did get a ride. I had a total stranger that had been in the dr office down from my doctors ask me if I needed a ride. He got me to my sons house and my x-husband brought me on home. Never ever ride with this people.
