        Had a great experience with my tax pro, but the front desk staff actually hung up on me when I requested help with understanding what email the pro had used with which family member (I had them prepare taxes for the whole family). I was told "there ain't nothing I can do" and then was hung up on. I proceeded to call into the 800 number and was disconnected.

        this was my first time filing my taxes so I was confused about a lot of things. I came here for help since Ive never done this before & the tax pro I had, Matthew, was very passive aggressive & made me feel really dumb/slow. It felt like I wasting his time.
