Tax Defense Ohio

Brad is a good salesman but this company is terrible. Said our taxes would be done in two weeks. Requested income info, which was included in our documents, 3 weeks after they had our documentation. Called Keith a month later. No info on our taxes and no return call. Called to request our documents back to file elsewhere. Brenda the receptionist was extremely rude. When package of documents was received, I checked to make sure everything was there. She said multiple times that everything I gave them was in there. We were missing some w-2s. She proceeded to check through each document only to find that they were missing, like I said. She ultimately left the desk and went into another room. Guess whatshe found the w-2s. I asked to speak to someone to understand why my taxes were not done. Brenda said she would have Brad call me. Of course, no call from him either. Maybe I have the wrong skin color because I for the life of me have no idea why I was treated so poorly. I never raised my voice or disrespected any of the employees. Just simply wanted an explanation as to why my taxes werent done and received no communication. Stay away from this company.

Everyone here has always been so helpful! Brad had been doing our taxes for YEARS, and Keith has been doing them for the past few years. They definitely know the tax laws and are fairly quick at completing our returns!

I paid $1500 to have them sit on it for 3 years and do nothing. I'd call and they didnt have a clue who I was. I had to seek other options. Maybe i should get some kind of refund.

Brad, Keith and team are fantastic! The staff is very attentive and saved us a lot of money our previous accountant never did. Can't thank them enough--and we Highly Recommend them!!!!

I was so pleasantly surprised when Brad called to tell me he has saved me $5000 in taxes this past year! These guys know what they are doing! Very easy to work with and very skilled.
