Brandt is a excellent realtor. He is a genuine guy who applies your likes and dislikes to the houses he presents you. He helped us place several offers and was always present at showings. We decided to go the new build route and he helped guide us through the process. Again, he was present at every meeting, even ones I didn't expect him to attend. He was always able to answer questions and always followed up with his promises. I consider Brandt a friend and he is there to help you through this process.
