Christin was amazing before and after surgery. She took time to answer all my questions before the procedure. The day of, she was supportive and kind. Following the surgery, she was responsive to texts and made me feel at ease anytime I had concerns. She made my experience at Columbus Cosmetic even better than I thought it would be

I went into this office about 12-14yrs ago for a single consult. Insurance was used, as it was related to a sinus surgery and was exploring options on having my deviated septum fixed. Apparently there was a $21 balance owed for this consult but Id never received a single phone call, letter, email or notice on it, even though none of my contact details have changed since then. This showed up on my credit report for collections within just the last few years. If Im exploring costly cosmetic procedures I can obviously afford to pay off twenty bucks but Id need notice of the balance to do so. Instead I took a 32 point hit to my credit score for a balance thats the cost of a fast food meal. Perfect. The office also periodically spams emails and texts to leave a review regardless of how many unsubscribes and STOPS Ive sent. I liked Dr Houser for the consult but the rest of the office needs to get it together.
