I called on 04/06/2023 and Sally said my Rx was out of stock. I asked her to check the local stores to see if anyone had it, and she said "Well, we all get it from the same place, so they are out too." I told her that last time they checked, and it was in stock an another store. She said "Well then you'll just have to call them and see if it is in stock." I asked to speak with the manager, and she left me on hold forever. So I called another store, they checked the network on their computer, and it was in stock an a store less than 10 minutes away.
Sally should not be in healthcare. People who just don't care would be in an industry that just doesn't matter.

TERRIBLE! Always RUDE. Ryan, the pharmacist, and STACY the tech both lied about me not having medication to pick up there. Always SLOW, RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. IT'S A WONDER RYAN IS SMART ENOUGH TO BE A PHARMACIST, WHEN LEWIS CENTER KROGER PHARMACY CLEARLY SAID THAT I HAD A REFILL ON MY MEDICATION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will be contacting CORPORATE OFFICE. What a joke.

Everyone here is rude. As directed by my provider they wanted me to call around due to a shortage of my medication. I called this pharmacy and they were extremely rude and would not answer a simple question if they had the medication in stock and that they would only tell my provider. Whos provider has time to call multiple pharmacies for a patient???!

Good luck. Getting any medications from them with less than 48-72 hours notice is impossible. They had 9 hours to fill an Rx. for me and it still wasnt ready when I came to get it and I had to wait an additional hour. Ill be switching to Express Scripts!

Usually I have just an in and out experience picking up my meds. This lady time was a doozy. I stopped by the walk up window around 4pm ish and a lady was in front of me so I stood back a few to give her space once she was done I approached the window. The girl being the counter saw me approach and started to lower the blind on me, about half way. Like for real?! She saw me and tried to close the window. I stood there for a few minutes and she must have noticed that I wasn't leaving, so she opened it back up. She then proceeded to act like I was a bother to her and she just loathed the fact that I had the audacity to need something. She then proceeded to be very rude about what I was there for. Once we figured out what I was there for she attempted to charge me full price for the meds, even though in the system I have the Kroger RX membership. Absolutely horrible AND she ended up giving me the wrong RX. PRETTY SAD. Kroger can do better.
