Purchasing a house can be stressful and there are a lot of documents and finances to consider through the process. Working with Todd Utrup was a pleasure and it was the best choice I've made when looking for a lender. It was my first time purchasing a house and going through a lender, with that comes a lot of questions regarding "todays" market and interest. Throughout the entire journey of us purchasing a house, Todd has been extremely patient, helpful and willing to always call and answer your questions and explain how and why. Even when the questions do not relate to the mortgage. Todd does not make us feel like we are just another transaction, we enjoyed growing our relationship with him and will continue to reach out in future for advice and interest of refinancing.
