If there is more than 3 people waiting in waiting area leave and go somewhere else, because you will be waiting for hours. I had a bad experience in Nov and waited over 3 hours and left due to lack of service. Whole time I was waiting there they took 1 person in back for service.

I was greeted by the friendliest staff at the front desk. I waited maybe 5 minutes before being assigned a room for help. ALL staff was so kind, understanding, and aware of and sensitive to my response to the crisis I was experiencing. The Dr lightened up the situation with a joke and I appreciate that (dont be soooo serious yall lol). Let me tell you, nurse MORGAN was a bedside manner SUPERSTARRR! Thanks a million Morgan. I would never forget you. They listened to me. If I didnt feel up to part after my first round of treatment, they assessed and communicated, and proceeded with another round of treatment; explaining everything along the way. They treated my visitors with respect as well. Although I expected visitors, I do wish they confirmed with me before allowing them in my room. I saw potential mishaps or problems with allowing a potential unwanted guest to see a patient. Even the person taking my copay was friendly and caring. I will definitely remember this place and they will be my go to for medical emergencies in the future!

I'm relieved my friend wasn't having a heart attack because if he were having one, the ER staff probably would have let it end him. They waited over 15 minutes before performing an X-ray and EKG after his arrival despite knowing every second counts in a suspected heart attack. We were the only ones in the waiting room. Ultimately, he had pneumonia. The handling of the situation was improper, unprofessional, and potentially unethical. The blonde-haired nurse grinned as she put the electrodes on him to perform the EKG. She then chuckled as she left the room. The male doctor got upset and began raising his voice in an angry tone because my friend couldn't speak well through the pain. It was emotionally scarring. But I was glad that my friend wasn't by himself with those demons. I hope karma deals with them.

Update: In the end I had a broken meniscus and CMP requiring surgery. Other doctors I've seen were surprised the Physician Assistant at OH Westerville would only do X-rays which do not show tissue. This is what happens when you try to cut corners. Have the PA (cheaper than doctors) see patients, then bill both the insurance company and patient slightly less than a doctor would and pocket the difference... I also called the number in their reply below and was sent to an answering machine. Ridiculous. Went there to check my knee. Was seen by a PA, not even a doctor, they were not helpful at all. I left the same but with a high medical bill for a 15-minute visit. I've had to go to another doctor who was actually helpful. They were sure quick and thorough to bill!!!
